Indiana University is working with Indiana communities to save lives. Their NIH-funded Opioid Rapid Response System (ORRS) builds off a successful pilot in Clark County, Indiana that prevented deaths from opioid overdoses.
Overdose deaths are preventable if naloxone can be administered quickly. The project is developing what they believe is a promising evidence-based naloxone training program.
ORRS is currently recruiting concerned citizens from Boone, and Hancock counties to try out the training. Please help them recruit participants by letting members of your organization know about this opportunity. Participants will receive compensation for completing two surveys.
